Carers' Emergency Support is a free 24 hour on call service that is designed to be used when you can not provide care due to emergency situations.  Our team of experienced co-ordinators will ensure that the person you care for is safe and their care needs are provided for by someone you have nominated.  If we are unable to contact your nominated people or you are unable to provide any nominated people we will send one of our experienced care assistants, who will stay until alternative arrangements can be made.

 

The Carers' Emergency Support Service is a joint venture, provided by Unique Home Care and supported by Darlington Borough Council, Durham County Council and NHS County Durham and Darlington.
