You are a carer if you regularly look after someone who wouldn't be able to manage at home without your help.  You may not even see yourself as a 'carer', you may be simply a partner, parent, child, neighbour, or good friend, but you would still qualify for this service.

Our service is funded by Darlington Borough Council, Durham County Council and NHS County Durham and Darlington, so if the person you care for lives within County Durham or Darlington you can register for our service.
